Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 23, 2026
1. Booking & Payments
Users agree to pay the listed fee for collaboration sessions. Payments are held in escrow until the session is marked as complete by both parties.
You pay upfront, but the creator only gets the money once the work is done.
2. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in a written 'Work for Hire' contract, all collaboration outputs are subject to a 50/50 copyright split between the Booker and the Artist.
By default, you own half the song, and the person you booked owns the other half.
3. Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of a session start time are subject to a 50% kill fee to compensate the artist for blocked time.
Cancel late, and you'll still have to pay half the price.
